Welcome to AstroLove, your pocket astrologer. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using AstroLove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Introduction

AstroLove is an online astrology platform that connects users with astrologers for consultations via chat and call.
Our services include astrology-based guidance through Vedic, Tarot, KP, Numerology, Vastu, Prashna, Palmistry, Nadi, and other methods.
Astrology is a belief system and a pseudoscience, and its predictions should not be considered absolute truth.
AstroLove will not be held responsible for the accuracy, outcome, or consequences of any predictions.
Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on astrology consultations.

2. User Account & Registration

  • Users must provide accurate details during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • AstroLove is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

3. Services & Consultations

  • Astrology is based on interpretation, and different astrologers may provide different insights.
  • Astrologers are not responsible for the outcomes of their predictions or for any client decisions.
  • Consultations should be treated as guidance, not absolute fact or professional advice.
  • AstroLove does not guarantee any results or the accuracy of predictions.
  • Users should not use AstroLove as a replacement for legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

4. Payments

  • Users can recharge their AstroLove wallet using available payment methods.
  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user or used outside the platform.
  • Unused wallet balance is non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

AstroLove maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, including astrology consultations, wallet recharges, and promotional offers. However, under exceptional circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered as outlined below.


Consultation Refunds

A refund from an astrologer’s wallet to the client’s wallet will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The astrologer did not respond after the session started.
  • The astrologer took an excessive amount of time to reply, leading to an incomplete session.
  • The astrologer went offline suddenly, disrupting the session.
  • A technical issue on AstroLove’s platform resulted in loss of consultation time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Dissatisfaction with the astrologer’s advice or predictions is not eligible for a refund.
  • Completed consultations where the user has received service are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests based on personal belief conflicts or differences in interpretation will not be entertained.
  • Any misuse or abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.

Consultation Cancellation Policy

  • Once a consultation session has begun, it cannot be canceled by the user.
  • If an astrologer fails to attend a booked consultation, the user is eligible for a full refund to their wallet.
  • Users are encouraged to check astrologer availability before initiating a session.

6. User Conduct

By using AstroLove, users agree to:

  • Respect astrologers and other users.
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse astrologers.
  • Not share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Not misuse the consultation system for any unlawful activities.
  • Not ask astrologers for their personal contact details, including phone numbers, social media, or external communication methods.
  • Never share personal contact details with astrologers.

Violating these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Astrologer Conduct

Astrologers on AstroLove must:

  • Behave professionally and treat clients with respect.
  • Not harass, disrespect, or exploit clients.
  • Not make false promises or mislead users for financial gain.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and not share personal information.
  • Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical practices.
  • Never share real name, mobile number, or social media contacts with clients.

Violation of this rule will result in a ₹5000 fine and may lead to legal action.

8. Astrology Disclaimer

  • Astrology is a belief system and a pseudoscience.
  • AstroLove does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions.
  • The platform should not be used for legal, medical, financial, or psychological decision-making.

9. Privacy & Data Security

  • AstroLove collects basic user data to improve services.
  • Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent.
  • All consultations are confidential.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • AstroLove is not liable for any personal, emotional, financial, or legal decisions made based on astrology consultations.
  • AstroLove is not responsible for astrologers’ advice or user actions taken based on predictions.

11. Modification of Terms

  • AstroLove reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of AstroLove means acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Tamil Nadu.
