Refund and Cancellation Policy – AstroLove

At AstroLove, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. No Refund Policy
AstroLove maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services offered through the platform, including but not limited to astrology consultations, wallet recharges, and promotional offers. However, under exceptional circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered based on the conditions outlined below.
2. Wallet Recharge Refunds
- All wallet recharges made through AstroLove are final and non-refundable.
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn for cash.
- Exception: If a user accidentally recharges an incorrect amount (e.g., ₹5000 instead of ₹500), a refund may be processed to the user's original payment method after verification.
- Refund requests for accidental recharges must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days.
- GST charges will be applicable on wallet-to-bank account refunds.
3. Consultation Refunds
A refund from an astrologer’s wallet to the client’s wallet will be issued only under the following circumstances:
- The astrologer did not respond after the session started.
- The astrologer took an excessive amount of time to reply, leading to an incomplete session.
- The astrologer went offline suddenly, disrupting the session.
- A technical issue on AstroLove’s platform resulted in loss of consultation time.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Dissatisfaction with the astrologer’s advice or predictions is not eligible for a refund.
- Completed consultations where the user has received service are non-refundable.
- Refund requests based on personal belief conflicts or differences in interpretation will not be entertained.
- Any misuse or abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
4. Consultation Cancellation Policy
- Once a consultation session has begun, it cannot be canceled by the user.
- If an astrologer fails to attend a booked consultation, the user is eligible for a full refund to their wallet.
- Users are encouraged to check astrologer availability before initiating a session.
5. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions stated above, please follow these steps:
- Contact AstroLove customer support within 24 hours of the issue.
- Provide transaction details, including date, time, and issue description.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be credited back to your AstroLove wallet or original payment method as applicable.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
- Approved wallet refunds will be credited within 24-48 hours.
- Bank/card refunds (if applicable) may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
- AstroLove is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
7. Fraudulent Transactions & Abuse of Refund Policy
- AstroLove reserves the right to investigate any refund requests for fraudulent activity.
- If a user is found to be misusing the refund policy, their account may be permanently suspended.
- Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8. Policy Updates
AstroLove reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
