Refund Policy – AstroLove

At AstroLove, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fair transactions for both clients and astrologers. Refunds are only applicable in specific cases as outlined below:

1. Bank Account Refund

AstroLove does not process refunds from the wallet to a bank account.
However, in extreme cases, for e.g if a client accidentally recharged ₹5000 instead of ₹500, we may process a refund to the client’s bank account after verification.

2. Wallet Refund

A refund from the astrologer’s wallet to the client’s wallet will be processed only in the following situations:

  • The astrologer did not respond after the session started.
  • The astrologer took too long to reply, leading to an incomplete session.
  • The astrologer went offline during the session.
  • A technical issue disrupted the session.

3. No Refunds for Other Reasons

  • No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with the astrologer’s guidance, predictions, or consultation experience.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed sessions, regardless of the outcome.
