- Users must not misuse AstroLove’s platform for fraudulent activities.
- Users must not share their own mobile number, social media, or other contact details with astrologers or other users.
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
6. Astrologer Responsibilities & Privacy
- Astrologers must not ask clients for their personal details.
- Astrologers must not share their own real name, phone number, or contact details.
- Violations will result in a fine of ₹5,000 or legal action.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Your data is stored securely as long as your account is active.
- If you delete your account, all personal data will be permanently erased except for:
- Transaction records (required for compliance and dispute resolution).
- Consultation records (for fraud prevention purposes).
You can request account deletion by contacting customer support through the app.
8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
AstroLove does not use intrusive cookies. We only use essential tracking technologies to:
- Improve app performance and user experience.
- Analyze usage trends to enhance our services.
- Ensure security by detecting unauthorized access.
We do not track you outside our platform.
